OBITUARY
Mr. Henry H. Collits
An old resident of the Forbes district, in the person of Mr. Henry Harold Collits, aged 76, passed away in Concord Military Hospital on May 9, after a lengthy illness.
A soldier in World War I, he was gassed in France, and had since spent a considerable period in hospital.
The deceased was the eldest and only remaining son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Pierce Collits, who for many years resided at Sand Hills, near Forbes. He is survived by four sisters— Mrs. Grace Burrows (Darlinghurst), Mrs. Lilian McMahon (Barraba), Mrs. Bessie McRae (Ferry Street, South Forbes) and Mrs. Lydia Hughes (Como).
Four other sisters and five brothers are deceased.
The funeral was to the Seventh Day Adventist cemetery at the Field of Mars.⁶
