MCKINNON V MCKINNON.
Ella Muriel McKinnon (formerly Bassett) petitioned for the dissolution of her marriage with William John McKinnon, on the ground of his adultery between November, 1927, and January, 1928, with a woman known as Gladys Fahey, at Bulli, and other places. The
marriage took place on September 6 1915, at Liverpool, according to the Methodist rites.
