Death* | 1 August 1936 | Cowra District Hospital, Cowra, NSW, Australia; OBITUARY Mr. Jack McGrath The death occurred at the Cowra District Hospital on Saturday night of Mr. J. McGrath, of Flint-st., Forbes, at the age of 45 years. Deceased, who conducted the mall service between Forbes and Cowra, had been in failing health for several years, and had been periodically admitted to the Cowra and Forbes hospitals for treatment. He entered the former institution about live weeks ago. Besides his widow deceased leaves a family of two daughters, the Misses Marjorie and Lexie, and two sons, Ronald and Max. The funeral took place at Goolagong on Sunday afternoon, the remains being interred in the Roman Catholic portion of the cemetery. Rev. Fr. Leonard officiated at the graveside.3 |
