This is to certify that I James Kershaw being of sound mind do hereby Will and bequeath to my wife Ann Kershaw while she lives a widow all my property real and personal viz two farms, one selected in 1873 containing fiftey [sic] acers [sic] and one Selected on November 1862 containg forty acers [sic] the same being my Resedence [sic] on the North side of Bombowlee Creek in the Colony of New South Wales together with All horses and cattle that I am possessed of and after the death of my wife Ann Kershaw all the above mentioned property Real and Personal shall belong to my son Abraham Kershaw his heirs and assigns for ever and he shall settle and pay all claims and debts due my me after my death this is my last Will and Testament to which I have this day set my hand signed
