SERIOUS ACCIDENT
Mr. Ted Jones, of Condobolin, was unfortunate enough to meet with, a most serious accident on Monday last. It would appear that Ted was riding on a waggon load of hay (which was being conveyed to a nearby chaff-cutter), when without warning a front wheel of the waggon ran off and went in amoung the the horses, naturally frightening them out of control. Ted was thrown among the terrified horses, and was trodden on severely. A wheel of the waggon also passed over his thighs, breaking one badly. It is definitely known that his spine is also injured. He is now lying in a critical condition in the local hospital. He was married only about six months ago.5
