Mrs. William Williams.—The death is announced in the "Watch", this morning of Mrs. Agnes Williams, wife of Mr. W. Williams, machinist, of Mount Gambier. The deceased had recently suffered severely from influenza and asthma, which, acting on an enfeebled constitution, were the immediate cause of her death, which occurred early yesterday morning. The late Mrs. Williams, whose maiden name was Hall, was born at Morbattle, Roxburghshire, Scotland, 76 years ago, and came to Australia with her friends 54 years ago. Fifty-one years ago she was married at Mount Barker to Mr. Williams, and about 43 years ago came with her husband and young family to Mount Gambier. For the whole of that time, with the exception of six years, during which Mr. Williams and family were at Casterton, the deceased lived at Mount Gambier. She leaves a family of six—four sons and two daughters. The sons are Messrs. William Williams, Western Australia, Robert H. Williams, Buckland Park, Thomas Oliver Williams, Mount Gambier, and John Williams, Roseworthy College; and the daughters are Mrs. Thos. Hall, Mount Gambier, and Mrs. J. Hooper, Casterton. She leaves nearly 20 grandchildren. The funeral is announced by Mr. H. R. Jobling for this afternoon.;Principal=Agnes Hall3

Obituary.
MR. R. H. WILLIAMS.
There are many in Mount Gambier who will remember Mr. Robert Hall Williams, second son of Mr. William Williams, who for many years carried on the foundry in Sturt-street. Mr. R. H. Williamswas born at Mount Barker 50 years ago, but came here with his parents at an early age, and spent his boyhood and young manhood at Mount Gambier. For some years he was associated with his father in carrying on the foundry business, but for the last 20 years or more was employed as overseer at Buckland Park estate, in the North, first for the Messrs. Browne, and after they sold the property for Messrs. Brooks Bros., the present owners. Some five months ago he became affected with disease of the brain, which the doctors in Adelaide diagnosed as a general break-down. After a course of treatment, which unfortunately did not result in a cure, Mr. Williams was advised by his medical man to make a long rest, and a change of scene. To obtain both he concluded he could not do better than visit his father at Mount Gambier, and on Thursday last he came by train to the Mount, accompanied by his wife and a child a few weeks old. He was very ill on the way here, and bad to be assisted off the train to a cab on arrival. He placed himself under the care of Dr. MacDonald, but rapidly grew worse, and died early on Saturday morning, the immediate cause of death, it is believed, being the breaking of an abscess on the brain. Much sympathy is felt for Mrs. Williams, who is left a widow with four young children, and for the aged father of the deceased, who is a well-known and respected resident of the town. The funeral was held on Monday afternoon, and many friends attended to pay a last tribute of respect. The deceased was for over 30 years a member of the Mount Gambier Lodge of Oddfellows, M.U., and a good many of them were present. The funeral obsequies were conducted by the Rev. G. M. Baird. Mr. W. Pearce was funeral director.5
