Mrs. William Williams.—The death is announced in the "Watch", this morning of Mrs. Agnes Williams, wife of Mr. W. Williams, machinist, of Mount Gambier. The deceased had recently suffered severely from influenza and asthma, which, acting on an enfeebled constitution, were the immediate cause of her death, which occurred early yesterday morning. The late Mrs. Williams, whose maiden name was Hall, was born at Morbattle, Roxburghshire, Scotland, 76 years ago, and came to Australia with her friends 54 years ago. Fifty-one years ago she was married at Mount Barker to Mr. Williams, and about 43 years ago came with her husband and young family to Mount Gambier. For the whole of that time, with the exception of six years, during which Mr. Williams and family were at Casterton, the deceased lived at Mount Gambier. She leaves a family of six—four sons and two daughters. The sons are Messrs. William Williams, Western Australia, Robert H. Williams, Buckland Park, Thomas Oliver Williams, Mount Gambier, and John Williams, Roseworthy College; and the daughters are Mrs. Thos. Hall, Mount Gambier, and Mrs. J. Hooper, Casterton.
