Obituary.
THE LATE MR. W. H. THOMS.
The death occurred on Wednesday of a very old resident of Cowra in the person of Mr. William Henry Thoms, who passed away at his residence, "Cowra Vale," at the age of 72 years. The deceased was born in Yorkshire, England, and came to Australia in the early days. He married Miss Elizabeth Jane Purcell, of Castlereagh, Penrith, 50 years ago. He took up his residence here about 30 years ago and leaves a devoted wife and family of four sons and five daughters to mourn their loss. The members of the family are Messrs A. W. Thoms, J. W. Thoms, F. W. Thoms (Nerrandera), O. C. Thoms (North Sydney), Mrs A. M. Drought (Bribaree), Mrs J. J. Smith (Melbourne), Mrs N. Booth, Mrs J. Tindall, Misses Rose and Edith Thoms. The funeral arrangements were in the hands of Messrs J. S. Poignand and Coy. Rev. John Parr officiated at the grave.;Principal=William Henry Thoms3

The death occurred at her residence at Bribbaree, of Ada Matilda Drought, aged 71. Deceased was a very, old and well-known resident of Bribbaree.5
