Death of Mother | 5 September 1950 | 32 St Hilliers Road, Auburn, NSW, Australia; OBITUARY Mrs. E. Pocknall. The death occurred suddenly on September 5, of Mrs. Emma Pocknall, wife of James Pocknall, at her late residence, 32 St. Hilliers Road, Auburn. She leaves, besides her husband, two sons— Philip and Benjamin, both of Auburn, and two daughters — Elsie (Mrs. A. Powell, of Wollongong) and Doris (Mrs. A. Pritchard, Brisbane), and seven grandchildren, to mourn their loss. Mrs. Pocknall was a native of Molong district, being the eldest daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Whiley, of Gregra. Her brothers are: Joshua (Molong), Aubrey (Canterbury), Roger (Strathfield), while Lizzie (Mrs. L. Dartnell, Epping), Ethel (Mrs J. Langdon, deceased, Gunnedah) and Ida (Mrs. B. S. Matthews, Orange) are her sisters. The funeral left her home after a short service, for the Baptist portion of Rookwood cemetery. Rev.
