At St. Matthew's Church, Albury, Canon C. M. Statham officiated at the marriage of Marjorie, second daughter of the late Mr. W. H. Gadd, and of Mrs. Gadd, "The Glen," via Wodonga, and Mr. Hal M'Cleery, only son of Mr. and Mrs. H. M'Cleery, of Brighton. The bride wore a trained gown of magnolia satin, which closely fitted her slim figure. A veil of old lace, loaned by Mrs. Oliver, of Caulfield, was also worn and the bride carried azaleas and lilies of the valley. Miss Lorna Gadd, with Miss Majorie Nelson, attended her sister. They were frocked alike in cyclamen, crinkle sheer trimmed with narrow velvet ribbon in a darker tone. Short tulle veils fell from head dresses of ostrich feathers and they carried bouquets of carnations and sweet peas in cyclamen shades, Mr. Mervyn Gadd was best man and Mr. Raymond Gadd groomsman respectively. The couple left by car for Melbourne, the bride travelling in a frock of blue satin romaine trimmed with navy georgette.
The home of Mr. and Mrs. M'Cleery will be at Kapunda, South Australia.
