Death of Mother | 11 April 1930 | Millthorpe, NSW, Australia; MRS. JOHN KELLY. On Friday morning death claimed another old pioneer resident of the Millthorpe district, when Mrs. Charlotte Kelly, relict of Mr. John Kelly, passed away at the age of 72 years. Her husband predeceased her by about two years. he late Mrs. Kelly was a native of England. She was born in Elgtonshire, and came to Australia when she was four years of age. She came with her parents to Millthorpe soon afterwards, and resided there for the remainder of her life. After marriage, she and her husband resided at "Tarce Hills" for almost 50 years. She is survived by two sons, Jos and Will (Millthorpe), and three daughters, Mrs. Hawkins (Orange), Mrs. Fiddick (Millthorpe) and Miss Lottie Kelly.;Principal=Charlotte Whiley2,3 |
