Mr. Harry. Harmer, who lost his son through pneumonic influenza last week has himself been in a serious condition from the complaint, but we are pleased to state that his condition is improving and he is now out of danger.9

Obituary24 October 1941 Trundle, NSW, Australia;Harry Thomas Harmer - one of the early pioneers of the Trundle district - died of heart failure on the 17th aged 67 years.
He was born in Chetwin, Vic., and attended Prince Alfred Collegge, SA. He selected "Glencoe", 2 miles from Trundle, where he resided for 14 years, then sold the property to Messrs Young Bros, then come to live at Trundle.
Of nine children, seven (& his wife) now survive - Mrs F Bassett (Oatley), Mrs T Merriel (Sydney), J Milne (Gilgandra), Miss Francis Harmer, & James & Ivan of Trundle.
His funeral was conducted on on Saturday, 18th, in the Church of England portion of the Trundle Cemetery by Rev. Randall.14
