Mrs. Elizabeth Bassett, 82, a very old resident of the Grenfell district, died at her son's home on Adelargo road on Wednesday. The funeral took place on Thursday, Commandant Hutchison, of the Salvation Army, conducting the burial service. A memorial service was also conducted in the Masonic Hall on Sunday night.11
