WEDDINGS
CRAIG--O'HEHIR
St. Patrick's Church, Boorowa, was the scene of a very pretty wedding on Thursday, 11th April, when Francie, youngest daughter of the late Mr. V.O'Hehir and Mrs. O'Hehir of Boorowa, was united in the holy bonds of matrimony to Finley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Craig, Taralga, Rev. Fr. Sheehan officiating.
The bride, who entered the church on the arm of her brother, Mr. Fred O'Hehir, was becomingly attired in a classical gown of white mariette with a long train falling from the skirt, and wore a cut tulle veil arranged in halo fashion on the head and caught with sprays of orange blossom at each side.
Her bouquet was of white gladioli and frangipanni, tied with white satin streamers.
Miss Lizzie Huleatt was brides maid and chose a dainty ankle length gown of pale green floral georgette with a hat of pale green tulle to match, and carried a bouquet of gladioli and frangipanni, autumn tinted tied with pale green satin streamers.
Mr. H. O'Hehir, brother of the bride, was best man, and Miss Jean Mortimer played the Wedding March.
The reception was afterwards held in the Mechanics' Institute, where Mrs. O'Hehir, mother of the bride, received 50 guests, wearing a frock of black flat crepe and hat to tone.
The happy couple were the recipients of many beautiful presents, included in which were a number of cheques.
Mr. and Mrs. Craig's honeymoon is being spent on a motoring tour, the bride travelling in a tailored costume of navy face cloth, with hat and shoes to tone.
Their future home will be at Warren.[;CR:];Bride=Lydia Frances O'Hehir1
